& Key Result Areas for the Role:
• Preparation and checking of documents and co-ordination with bank, tender/technical department for issuance, modification and extension of all type of Bank Guarantee.
• Preparation and checking of documents and co-ordination with bank, Purchase department for issuance, modification and extension of all type of Letter of Credit.
• Data preparation & Co-ordination for Yearly Renewal of Bank and NBFCs.
• Data preparation & Co-ordination for Yearly Renewal of External Credit Rating Agency
• Knowledge and Understanding of vetting of Sanction letters of Banks and scrutinizing of all data
• Analytical mind to scaritines all financial data/documents of the company
• Documentation and Setting up limits and/or renewal of EVFS/SC/PBD in Bank/NBFC.
• Having sound knowledge to communicate, Co-ordinate with RM/DGM and handling banks/Lead bank independently
• To do Post Renewal documentation and procedures including Mortgage related procedures.
• Communication & follow up with banks for Consortium related documents.
• To track and release on Earnest Money Deposit/Retention Money from Contractee.
• Preparing Monthly and quarterly data including Cash Flow Statement, Cash Budget, Financial Modeling Statements and other Financial Assessment
• Knowledge and work experience in consortium banking will be add on/Preferred
