Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Ensuring that an efficient financial management system is in place.
Ensure that all stakeholders (management team, board of directors, auditors) receive accurate and timely financial management information
Preparation of Budget
Coordination with the external, internal auditors, consultants, financial institutions etc.
Ensure the Group rules, policies and procedures are being followed.
Manage the HQ relationship / coordination with the Finance and Accounts Team.
Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met.
Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting. Ensuring the Group Companies reporting requirements as instructed by HQ are met.
Monitoring the KPIs set out periodically.
Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy
Handling, coordinating with the respective teams and carryout the book-keeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable
Consolidation of financial MIS - management accounts
Revenue recognition and AR management
Prepare all statutory accounts & compliance requirements for the entity
Responsible for administrative services such as taxation strategy, insurance, secretarial and superannuation
Responsible for Direct Tax including Transfer Pricing and Indirect Tax
Responsible to liaise with corporate functions (Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, others) to ensure the company conforms to internal controls, policies, statutory and legal regulations
Handles internal and external financial & statutory audits
Provide insights on developing balance sheet /cash flow metrics tracking, spend control
Manage monthly financial management reporting, P&L monthly results & variance analysis/KPI metrics and other insightful analysis. Provides accurate reporting at cost center and functional level
Continuous process improvement - design and implement dashboard updates to the Finance process in an effort to make the process more efficient and mature.
Qualifications:
C.A / ICWA with 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP / ERP.
