Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager xe2x80x93 Global Events to join our dynamic Global Events Team. This role is critical in planning, executing, and managing high-impact international events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global event management, CRM, lead monitoring, logistics, vendor coordination, and budget management.Besides, collecting airline miles, and seeing the world, you will plan, coordinate, and execute global eventsxe2x80x94conferences, trade shows, you name it. You will be the glue between our global sales team, marketing, and event organizers to ensure everything runs like clockwork. The hottest topic in the events team is to monitor, track & optimize leads from events, integrating with CRM tools for maximum impact. And you must be proactive, resourceful, and always three steps ahead of Murphyxe2x80x99s Law.Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute global events, including industry conferences, partner summits, trade shows, and customer engagement programs.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, registration management, and on-site execution.
  • Work closely with international vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Ensure all branding, marketing collateral, and promotional materials align with company guidelines.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate closely with the global sales team to ensure events align with business objectives and drive lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, event organizers, and partners across multiple geographies.
  • Navigate different time zones to coordinate with regional teams, ensuring smooth event planning and execution.
Lead Monitoring & CRM Management
  • Track event-generated leads and ensure proper integration with the CRM system.
  • Monitor lead follow-ups post-event and provide regular reports on event impact and ROI.
  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead nurturing strategies.
Budget & Inventory Management
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Track event-related expenses, negotiate with vendors, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Manage and maintain event inventory, including booth materials, giveaways, and other event-related assets.
RequirementsKey Qualifications & Skills:
  • 7-9 years of experience in global event management within the financial services or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, vendor coordination, and lead management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and lead monitoring tools.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and event inventory efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and handling international coordination.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
