ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities -
Ensure to proper stacking and accounting of received spare parts, chemical and consumables.
Ensure proper documentation for incoming spare parts and reporting.
Coordination with across the department for GRN and KC compliance.
Reporting inventory time to time to stake holders.
Ensure the availability of HSD/ LPG.
Vendor code creation and Vendor development for KGF.
Ensure issuance of C&C as per FEFO.
Coordination with finance for engineering scrap disposal
Prepare PO /PR as when required In SAP & Ariba.
Ensure proper documentation for online rejections material and return to supplier.
Follow-up for Secondary packaging materials with supplier.
Support in EHS role & responsibilities, create awareness support and execution, GEHSMS standards and its compliances.
Training of operatives on Basic trainings.
Ensure on-time reports and system documentation.
Ensure to fulfill the All the KC for stores on time.
Drive the Green environment Agenda by fulfill the Biomass briquette stocks in plant.
Ensure the exception clearing on time to release the payment for vendors.
Coordinate with the finance team & IBM team on timely payment releasing for vendors.
Ensure R&M monitoring on daily basis & correction, reclass on weekly basis.
Provide the support to entire plant team for AIB & statutory Audits .
Ensuring 100% uptime for Process LinesEnsuring that the engineering stores carries the optimum amount of inventory at all times for smooth running of lines by issuing timely indents
Close co-ordination with engg team & other stake holders to update Min-Max and Re-order levels of spares to ensure timely availability of spares keeping cost of inventory minimum.
Providing information to the stake holders on time about the consumption pattern of particular spare parts.
Collaborate with engineering team on spare partsParticipating in various task force activities to contribute towards small and continuous improvements in the plant:
Analyzing collectively the problem taken up by the group.
Procurement solutions/ suggestions for the specific parts & projects/ problems taken up with the suppliers if any quality issue faced online.
Getting the solutions approved by the Plant Head/ Engineering Manager.

Education: B. E/Diploma (Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics/Mechanical)
Functional Experience: Approx4-8 years of experience
Language: English, Marathi, Hindi
EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
B. Tech. Mechanical / Electrical 2-3Yrs experience of egg. Store,
Minimum experience of 2-3 years of working in a similar industry at the supervisory level
Exposure to manufacturing systems and shop floor culture
