Main Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign & detailed engineering of electrical and instrumentation work scope for Petrochemicals plant such as the generation of instrument lists, block diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable lists, etc.Prepare specifications and datasheets in accordance with project requirements to ensure all compliances are met.Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment; Coordinate with electrical & instrumentation equipment vendors, to ensure compliance with project specifications.Selection of electrical equipment types, cable sizes and protection type and review drawings, calculations, design reports, etc.Review and request for technical quotes, Review of Material Requestion (MR) Tender documents and related technical specifications concerning Instrumentation, automation & electrical.Recommend the selection of suitable electrical equipment and instrumentation, cables and other system components based on process/project requirements Take part in inter-discipline coordination work between engineers from other disciplines to ensure quality and interfacing Conduct inspection for panels, instruments & electrical equipment, interface connections, witness FAT/SAT, supervise installation and power turn-on at site Monitor, evaluate and proactively take corrective steps to work within target cost and timelines.Who we are:Coperion is an industry leader in compounding and extrusion, feeding and weighing, bulk material handling and service, bringing a wealth of know-how and experience to the market.
