Location: Bengaluru, IndiaJob Overview:As a Assistant Manager xe2x80x93 eCommerce Advertising, you will be responsible for managing the brandxe2x80x99s paid advertising campaigns on eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & more. You will drive traffic, sales, and brand visibility through data-backed strategies, continuous optimization, and performance analysis of CPC and CPM-based ads. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, a good understanding of eCommerce platforms, and hands-on experience with performance marketing tools.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize CPC and CPM-based sponsored ad campaigns on eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra to meet sales and ROI targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and category teams to create strategies that align with business goals and seasonal trends.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure maximum reach for ad campaigns.
• Manage ad budgets, allocate spending across campaigns, and adjust strategies based on real-time performance metrics.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging platform analytics and other tools to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, product) to ensure ad creatives are in line with brand guidelines and platform specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in eCommerce advertising to implement best practices.
• Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing paid ads on eCommerce platforms, with a focus on CPC and CPM campaigns.
• Proven experience in running successful advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads, and other relevant tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience in managing ad campaigns for an eCommerce-focused brand, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Certification in Amazon Advertising or other relevant advertising platforms.
• Experience with third-party tools for campaign optimization and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and how ads contribute to conversion funnels.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigsns simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Expertise in CPC and CPM ad models across eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Proficiency in using platform analytics to track and optimize campaign performance.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization methodologies.
