Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Local / global marketing strategy aligned with company goals
• Build and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and data-driven decision-making
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and exhibitions
• Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI across all marketing activities
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
• Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across all platforms
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers
Requirements:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in SaaS marketing, in the B2B sector
• Track record of successfully marketing on a global scale
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
• Experience in event marketing and management
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
