CTC: 3.5-4 LPA We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Makoons Play School. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing the digital marketing strategy to promote our brand and drive growth. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising. Create engaging and effective ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy, that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions. Conduct keyword research and optimize our website for search engine visibility through on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns and conversion rate optimization techniques. Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform future marketing decisions. Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, such as landing pages, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply them to our brand\'s campaigns. Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or childcare industry. Proven experience in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. Experience with lead generation techniques, such as lead magnets, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions. Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
