Job descriptionTechnical Skills:

ERP Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP Software specific to construction and Quantity surveying, like SAP, Oracle or other Industry standard ERP System.
Rate Analysis Expertise: Strong understanding of rate analysis, cost estimation, and pricing strategy for materials and labour. The candidate must be able to apply various factors impacting project costing.
Quantity Verification: Ability to prepare, verify, and cross- check quantities provided by consultants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specification.

Additional Competencies:

Should have the ability to conduct precise quantity calculations, thorough estimation reviews, and comprehensive cost analysis for diverse construction projects.
Should be familiar with software tools such as AutoCad, Revit, Ms Excel, and Quantity take off Software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Should give attention to details in documentation, billing and verification processes to prevent cost overruns and maintain budget accuracy.
Should be capable to work under tight guidelines.
