About Marketing:
Marketing at Tally is a strategic business enabling function, driving innovation and consistency. Tally is used across 100+ countries through our extensive network of Tally Partners. The International Brand Marketing team is responsible to handle all communication requests, social media, brand campaigns, content and design requirements for the priority markets.



We work closely with local as well as global social media, creative, PR agencies to come up with relatable campaigns and for seamless execution. In line with our international aspirations and focus we have recently co-sponsored Shark Tank Bangladesh. We also are working on brand campaigns in Saudi Arabia, Kenya in addition to our regular marketing activities happening throughout the year in UAE.



How will you make an Impact
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving online lead generation through biddable media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, particularly in paid search and social media advertising, and be adept at managing and optimizing campaigns across various online channels.


Experience to bring with you
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in biddable media buying.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google analytics, social media advertising platforms).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating effective presentations.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with Microsoft Office
What will you be doing?
• Campaign Management:
+ Rigorous intelligence gathering and feedback from local business team
+ Local intelligence sharing with performance, content and SEO team as applicable
+ Coordinate with brand team for creative requirements/production
- Regular creative audits
- Themselves for English creative
+ Coordination with local marketing/team for vernacular creative
+ Liaison between agency and business team to achieve alignment on goals and strategy
+ Track budget vs spend by country
• Funnel management:
+ Track and report outliers in funnel performance by country
+ Coordinate with local pre-sales/business team for funnel health
+ Red flag CPQL outliers and own remedial actions
• Business presentation:
+ Digital marketing deck for business review covering impact, insights and plans
+ Strategy and research deck for central marketing
+ Maintain learning docket of international campaigns
• Marketing Operation:
+ Oversee health of international landing and home pages
+ Oversee data sanity of international GA properties
+ Liaison between international business team and mark-ops team for email and WhatsApp campaigns
+ Propose/track A/B tests on international pages
• Local Research:
+ Audit social media by country for insight
+ Propose/track BDI/CDI and competitor analysis by country
+ Industry trend spotting by country in digital ecosystem
• KPI:
• Performance marketing goals - 20%
• On-time/In-full execution - 60%
• New initiatives through insight - 20%
