Post-graduate, preferably in any quantitative discipline (such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics)
At-least 03 years of work experience in the areas of data analytics, data management, research and reporting etc.
Eager to learn new skills and technologies that enhance value to our stakeholders. Experience of assistance with in-house tools development is preferred.
Having advanced knowledge on Microsoft tools - Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
Good communication and relationship management skills
Detail oriented and should be able to grasp different concepts quickly
Experience in risk and quality management is preferred
Expected Role
Support in coordination with various stakeholders across the firm (Business specific QRM teams, client teams etc.) to collate data and information related to risk and quality management
Assist in gathering requirements for technological interventions/automation of risk and quality management processes within the firm
Work with relevant in-house teams to support in development of tools
Read and analyze RFP/Tender documents to identify and summarize key risks
Support in creating PowerPoint presentations for leadership.
Support in creating relevant training material to support risk and quality management across the firm
