Job Summary . Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - Consumer Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Billing Analyst to undertake accounts payable reconciliation in Debt Management Services. Should have a keen eye for detail and also be comfortable working independently with little supervision to meet tight deadlines. Collaborate with DMS COE billing department or business verticals to ensure billing accuracy and timely pay-outs. Prepare and present analytical reports and look for process improvement or automation. Support monthly and quarterly audits and resolve any issues. Required Qualifications and Experience . Qualification: Minimum Graduate in accounting (preferable MBA) with 3-4 years\' experience. Domain Knowledge & Skills: Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting role with good knowledge of electronic billing procedures. Soft Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point, familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset and a fast learner with have good communication & influencing skills.
