• The role would involve working on supply chain IT analytics and report creations/update Projects
• Managing a team of IT analysts in the capacity of Advanced MS Excel, VBA, MS-Access & SQL, Power BI

DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPeople Related:

• Developing and managing teams, driving to results
• Manages 2-3 IT analysts
• Design and define team goals, targets for the subordinate and review periodically
• Resolves Conflict and motivate the team members

Process Related:

• Design and develop prototype structures for Excel Based Tools to support the requirement gathering process
• Data abstraction and provisioning capabilities through development of tools and software to generate automated dashboards & reports to enable to formulate logical data representation
• Reviews data associated with projects being created by team to ensure accuracy of data
• Identifies and communicates process improvement opportunities

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced MS Excel, VBA / Macro; Automation
• MS Access and SQL
• Build Excel Based Tools and Reports Automation
• SAP Data Extraction, SAP APO
• Power BI

Educational Qualifications: MCA, M.Sc. (IT) with BE / B. Tech (IT), / Other Technical Qualification. MBA would be an added AdvantageWork Experience (No. of years): 5 to 8 yearsAdditional requirement:
