We are looking for a team player with proactive attitude to handle the Customer Service Desk.
Roles & Responsibilities
? Responsible for Air & Sea Import & Export Customer Service Desk
? Handling Corporate Key Accounts - Quotations, Booking, shipment planning, and liaising/update of shipments
? Co-ordinating with Various Overseas agents, Local Carriers, Vendors - CFS / CHA, Shipping Line
? Sending Pre - alerts, Monitoring Manifestation & Coordinate BL release process
? Inter-department coordination with Pricing desk, Documentation Desk, Accounts Desk for billing & payment releases to vendors for Timely DO & BL release
? Updating Import / Export Job Data in our in-house software
? Maintaining & updating MIS reports for Customers & Management
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
? Knowledge of Sea & Air Imports & Exports - Candidates from a Logistic Background will be preferred
? Work Experience: Min 8-10 years
? Minimum Graduate
Language and IT Proficiency
? MS office (Word & Excel)
? Language Proficiency - English, Marathi and Hindi
