Responsibilities :- Equipped with departmental set up with end to end SOP knowledge- Receive and address customer support call and emails- Conduct outbound calls to high-value customers to capture their critical information and feedback on products and services- Conduct outbound calls to drive sale though abandoned cart opportunities - Daily Outward calling to Lost/Lapsed Consumer- Knowledge of refund management and can control Third party payment gate way/Logistic forward/return and refund flow as per company policies. - Ensure accurate and complete data entry of all customer information and feedback in our database- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling based on customer feedback- Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences and trends- Adhere to all data privacy regulations and guidelines while handling customer dataSkills :- Numerate skills - an analytical background is a must- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines- Experience/is comfortable having technical and financial conversations.- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.- Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills- Prior experience with retail brand is desirable.- Should have some understanding of Indian Men Fashion Industry- Team Player with a zeal to succeed.- Should have the ability to think objectively & creatively.- Patience and listening skills are a must (ref:updazz.com)
