Responsible for all CR functions, strategic planning, development & implementation Respond to all complaints/enquiry through root cause analysis.
Analyze, generate report on complaints and suggest improvements
• Post sales follow up and updation
• Maintain complaint database, follow up with customer who do not report vehicle for workshop
• Creating customer awareness about low cost ownership
• Weekly meeting with sales/Service Manager and Top Management to review the status of Complaint to ensure reflection for future permanent corrective action.
• Review CR Manpower, sales and service volume of the dealership to ensure effective handling of Customer touch point.
Candidate should have 3-5yrs of relevant experience.
Candidate should be from local area only.
Should be familiar with local Language.
