Assistant Manager- Legal and Compliance -1+ Years-GurugramLocation: Gurugram, HaryanaWe are searching for a professional with an LL.B. degree, preferably complemented by a CS qualification, and possessing at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in AML/KYC Compliances, compliance trackers, compliance audit, and demonstrate a strong commitment to adhering to codes of conduct.Your future Employer: A leading Life Insurance Company.Responsibilities: * Providing comprehensive support in establishing operational processes and policies, including preparing draft documents for meetings, maintaining statutory records, compiling reports, and drafting legal documents.

• Overseeing the implementation, analysis, and dissemination of regulatory changes, with a focus on PFRDA, ensuring compliance and providing feedback and impact analysis as necessary.
• Demonstrating proficiency in AML/KYC compliances, utilize compliance trackers effectively, conduct compliance audits, and uphold a strong commitment to adhering to codes of conduct.
• Ensuring timely reporting to regulatory authorities, maintain open communication with internal teams, and provide legal advisory support while liaising with regulatory bodies.
• Drafting and vetting various agreements, contracts, MOUs, Deeds etc

Requirements: * Candidate must be a LLB graduate and should have qualified CS.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Financial Sector, particularly those from PFM/POP backgrounds.
