Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Retention:
• Identify and target potential corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Plan and execute sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales goals.
• Handle objections and provide suitable responses to client queries.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
• Use CRM software to track and manage the sales pipeline.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure client needs are met.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
