The Assistant Manager will be responsible for onboarding new Corporate partners & developing relationships that ensure Bhumi's programmes get the required funding support. This person will work closely with Corporates ensure they are satisfied with Bhumi's programme delivery, employee engagement & promote retention, loyalty. A strong sales/fundraising experience will give you an edge in performing well at this role. Primary responsibilities:

• Reach out to Corporates to raise funds for Bhumi's programmes, get the mandate for executing employee volunteering events
• Manage and Build Corporate & other institutional relationships, ensure engagement throughout the year.
• Closely monitor focus areas & requirements of corporates; come up with appropriate solutions
• Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels.
• Conduct market research, gather information, negotiate and finalise contracts

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Mentor, nurture team members on sales and operational best practices and help them achieve their goals
• Own the delivery of proposals; also, of program & donor brand visibility on social media

Education Qualification / Experience:

• Any graduate
• Holding a Master's in Business Administration will be an advantage
• More than five years of relevant work experience
• Banking / sales / corporate fundraising experience would be an advantage.

• Remuneration: CTC 6-10 Lakhs p.a. including performance incentives based on the candidate's profile
