Roles & Responsibilities Performance Management Partner with various Godrej business teams at various touchpoints for running performance processes through the year while supporting to ensure the closure of processes. Anchor any related change management to the last mile. Governance of all performance management processes centrally for the group companies. Creating capability and communication content as and when required. Listening Interface with the internal teams to provide support on the functional aspects of continuous listening and engagement surveys. Interface with the listening vendor/s regularly for functional requirements and enhancement. Ensure the technology aspects are well governed to ensure seamless employee listening across the group. Anchor any related change management to the last mile. Creating capability and communication content as and when required. Own all data and dashboarding requirements for the group.
