Job Purpose

People processes encompass performance management, listening, recruitment selection and all other processes that touch our employees and generate input for their selection, career and development for appropriate business actions. We aim to continuously build, design, execute, communicate, and govern these processes towards enhanced effectiveness and employee experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management

- Partner with various Godrej business teams at various touchpoints for running performance processes through the year while supporting to ensure the closure of processes.

- Anchor any related change management to the last mile.

- Governance of all performance management processes centrally for the group companies.

- Creating capability and communication content as and when required.

2. Listening

- Interface with the internal teams to provide support on the functional aspects of continuous listening and engagement surveys.

- Interface with the listening vendor/s regularly for functional requirements and enhancement. Ensure the technology aspects are well governed to ensure seamless employee listening across the group.

- Anchor any related change management to the last mile.

- Creating capability and communication content as and when required. Own all data and dashboarding requirements for the group.

3. Recruitment Selection

- Recruitment selection process governance, capability building and related work area.

4. Additionally

- Liaise with key stakeholders externally and internally for any special projects.

Educational Qualification:

Master\'s in Human Resources

Experience:

2-6 Years

Skills:

- High energy and keen willingness to learn.

- Execution excellence, with end-to-end ownership.

- Ability to think creatively and troubleshoot promptly.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communications skills to manage effective stakeholder relationships.
