Position: Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
Qualifications, skills, and competencies we are looking for:
1. CA Qualified with 2-3 years experience.
2. Ability to understand businesses and to think and analyze from business point of view v.
accounting point of view.
3. Good knowledge of all compliance related regulations (Income tax/ TDS/ GST/ Companies Act etc.).
4. Pleasing and amiable personality; Good English communication skills
5. Ability to work with a group.
6. Good working knowledge of MS Office tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
7. Willingness to commit at least 2 years to the position.
8. Willingness to work extended hours and travel with short notice.
The responsibilities will include the following:
1. Financial modelling
2. Business plans, budgeting, and forecasting
3. Support in investment banking projects
4. Financial due diligence
5. Data room preparation and management
6. Coordination with multiple departments within the client organization and with
counterparties
7. Review of compliances and identification of any possible future litigations/ liabilities arising
therefrom
8. Assignment of tasks to team members and managing the team to obtain desired output/
results.
9. Preparation and circulation of meeting minutes for all stakeholder meetings attended.
10. Support with preparation of marketing collaterals, contributing towards converting
prospects/ leads.
11. Preparation of Proposals, Engagement letters etc.
