Position: Assistant manager - Consumer Insights

Position Overview
Providing consumer insights to drive the business and understand the voice of the consumer from a marketing and business perspective. This position will also require collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive consumer-centric strategies.
Responsibilities
Candidate should be able to understand research needs, design studies, and manage research suppliers to provide actionable research insights
Analyse project results and provide written and/or oral reports of findings, conclusions and action-oriented recommendations.
Identify and manage vendors and third parties to maximize learning and value from projects. This entails actively engaging and leveraging partner intellectual horsepower, providing feedback for continual improved performance, and negotiating of contracts.
