Roles and Responsibility Job Role Effective execution of the Vendor and Back end related activities Process & Operations Responsible for ensuring end to end Vendor Management - starting with on boarding of new vendor, updated review and documentation for continuation of the relationship, timely review & logging of invoices and exit of relationship when required Ensure accounts are collated and sent for J block and TOB for settlement-initiated accounts Ensure timely download / issuance of settlement Letters activities Ensure timely processing of Intimation Letters for agency allocation Ensure timely generation of Stat card and share it regional backend Managers. Assist the Quality Assurance and Audit teams with data required for performing their checks Assist in the smooth implementation of Operational Risk processes, procedures and policies Keep updated on all policies procedures and trainings on an ongoing basis. Report any suspicious transaction immediately to relevant person/ team Timely submission of allocation data for Agency Intimation letters, Agency intimation SMS and generation of Stat Cards Files of Cards Deceased account and Non-cards settlement accounts for correctness and upload the same in Butran path. CC Post Charge Off Settlement Status - Settlement Queue after preparing he file \'Upload in Butran Path Provide timely revert on any vendor management system related queries from other teams within and outside the unit Manage different modules within the EUC system used in the unit Ensure data reporting to unit head, Group and other stakeholders is done in timely and accurate manner Operating Model: To support collection activities: To be carried out in compliance with the bank policies / standards, and with due recognition of the regulatory guidelines within the country and all relevant risk type framework. Uphold the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) at all times. Maintain the highest standards of vendor governance Tools and technology: Making optimal use of all collection tools and using analytics and data segmentation to enhance collection efficiency. Risk Management Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees Governance Promote an environment where compliance with internal control functions and the external regulatory framework is a central priority of the business Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention. He / she must ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. Assess the effectiveness of the Group&rsquos arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group and Country operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role. Establish a culture and systems and controls to ensure that the businesses operate according to higher standards of regulatory and compliance practices as defined by requirements including local banking laws and anti-money laundering guidelines as part of developing a culture of good compliance Key Stakeholders Internal Internal Auditors and GIA: For Support of Audit reviews SCM - For vendor related activities External Auditors: For Audit and Reviews Suppliers / Vendors: For New vendor system assessment Other Responsibilities The Job holder must ensure he/ she is fully aware of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention. He / she must ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. Any suspicious transaction must immediately be reported to the supervising officer and must be responsible for overall awareness, adherence and implementation of the Group AML Standards and Country KYC policies. Establishing a culture and systems and controls to ensure that the businesses operate according to higher standards of regulatory and compliance practices as defined by requirements including local banking laws and anti-money laundering guidelines as part of developing a culture of good compliance Our Ideal Candidate Graduate / Post-graduate qualifications in Business / HR desirable. 4-6 years of banking /financial services/ service industry experience with a majority of that time in training/ Sales/ Operations / Service front end including 3-4 years in related field such as MIS Management / Analytics / Operations. High level of analytical skills, ability to juggle between issues of differing priorities on product delivery / customer servicing & strong &ldquopeople" skills. Very good with Microsoft Office/Excel and comfortable with numbers Preferably should have had exposure to cross-functional interactions. Excellent PR skills and creativity. Uncompromising approach to customer service and problem resolution Good communication, negotiation and dispute resolution skills. Enthusiastic and strong minded to not succumb to target and benchmarks.
