It stands as a beacon of operational excellence and technological advancement within the automotive industry.Your Role:As the Assistant Manager of the Coating Line, you will oversee the production activities across various shifts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.You will report to: Production Manager.Key Responsibility Areas:

• Manage and coordinate production activities on the coating lines to meet schedules and operational goals.
• Oversee the planning and prioritization of production tasks, adjusting schedules based on operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations, maintaining a focus on Responsible Care and EHS standards.
• Train, develop, and evaluate the performance of coating section operators.
• Implement and oversee quality management systems, including IATF 16949, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Actively participate in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving production performance.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering with extensive industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production or supervision, preferably in a chemical engineering or related industrial setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP are advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
