:Job Title:Associate Manager, Healthcare Sales EnablementDepartment:HealthcareFunction:Healthcare FrontendJob Family:Reports To (Job Title):Senior Manager, Healthcare Sales EnablementJOB SUMMARYThe Sales Enablement Manger will play a pivotal role in supporting sales teams performance by coordinating onboarding, ongoing training and skill development programs. This individual will assist in contributing to the development and maintenance of the learning management system, while also managing other sales enablement content. He will coordinate various initiatives such as Quarterly Newsletter, Weekly Flyers, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives. Additionally, the person will assist with Win-Loss report coordination, cross-functional teams and provide support to ensure smooth execution of sales enablement programs.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training and Onboarding Support: Assist in both sales onboarding and ongoing training programs by coordinating sessions, managing the training calendar, preparing training materials, and ensuring smooth execution of enablement initiatives.
  • Content and LMS Management: Assist in building out and managing the Learning Management System (LMS), uploading training content and ensuring it is well structured and user-friendly. Maintain and organize enablement resources, such as playbooks, templates, and the repository of key sales materials, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date for the sales team.
  • Campaign Coordination and Content Creation: Plan, create and execute various enablement campaigns including the quarterly newsletter, weekly sales pro-tip flyers and other related initiatives.
  • Win-Loss Vendor Relationship: Coordinate with the sales rep and vendor to gather insights for win-loss reports. Support documenting and analyzing key learnings, then share actionable insights with the sales team.
  • Presentation and Document Support: Assist in creating presentation materials and documents for team meetings, leadership meetings and other internal communications.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, product, and strategic teams to ensure alignment on enablement initiatives, such as responsive playbook updates and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Tools and Systems Support: Assist in the management of sales enablement platforms and tools (e.g., learning management systems, coaching platforms), ensuring they are updated and functional for the sales team.
  • Performance Tracking: Support tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of enablement programs, including gathering feedback from sales reps and compiling insights to improve future initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • MBA Degree or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of experience - Prior experience (internships, part-time roles) in sales, training coordination, or presales is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, corporate environment, dealing with executive-level decision-makers and critical business issues
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sales processes, training, and enablement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
