• Proactively engage in business development activities with large scale

Real Estate Developers / users of Real Estate Capital

• These activities need to be undertaken through networking, cold

calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of otherbusiness units.

• Meeting the key decision makers at the developers / users of Real Esatate

Capital

• Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development,

working alongside Line Mangers in the group

• Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations,

proposals etc.Support Transaction Services xe2x80x93

• Closely work with the line manager in assessing client requirements,

initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing,participate in proposal discussions.

• Support the manager on the following deal structures xe2x80x93

Equity & Mezzanine Funding/AdvisoryDebt Syndication & Land DivestmentJoint Venture & Joint DevelopmentRedevelopment/Portfolio Exit AdvisoryInvestment Acquisitions/Sales

• Financial & Quality analysis and Cash flows are essential for this profile.

Building & Editing Financial models, Preparing MoUs and pitch books

• Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls,
