Job Specification:

? Individual with 4 - 8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Transaction services / Real Estate Investment Banking and Consulting.

? Familiarity of Commercial Real Estate asset class (Office / Industrial Warehousing / Hotels / Land / experience in real estate capital raising)

? Position is based out of Delhi NCR and hence geographical familiarity of Delhi NCR is expected.

? Preferred individual would have ideally worked with Developer / IPC's / Fund House / NBFCs
