To maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market. Plan and strategies overall on-boarding process in the assigned region, from lead generation to successful completion & commercial closure. Drive the entire on-boarding cycle from initial partner engagement to its closure. Study and prepare comparatives of products offering of competition. Generate new business leads from existing clients. Handhold the customers in terms of planning their PoC, Operations and business growth. Support in the preparation and establishment of the SOP\'s, play books wherever essentially required for managing the business. To develop systems, processes and reports which identify progress against planned activity and inform decision making at both operational and strategic levels. To proactively identify areas of potential and actual risks to ensure that prompt action is taken to manage these and notify the relevant stakeholders. Monitor set targets month on month and review with team for improvements. Monitor objective / goal progress and seek help from team in case needed. Research & benchmark competitors\' products, services and operations and perform technical research as required to identify best practices. Stay up to date with the EV industry trends, upcoming developments and have eyes and ears on the ground. Participate in periodic project reviews and audits, maintaining accurate and timely project reporting. Should be an individual contributor. P&L management. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Key Account Management, Sales & Business development (Hunting & Farming) in EVs, Market Research Experience of Team management Achieve targets in line with the organization\'s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Strong communication and conflict management skills Existing relationships with Logistics companies, Fleet operator, e-commerce, grocery delivery etc. Telugu Speaking. Qualifications: BE / BTECH / MBA from reputed institute or equivalent exposure in start-up ecosystem Soft skills: Respectful and appreciative of different personality styles, thinking, backgrounds, and cultures and positively handle potential disruptive and hostile environments. Outstanding integrity and the ability to always seek to do the right thing for the client right first time. Excellent interaction skills, collaborative work style, and strong interpersonal and team skills. Prior experience of handling projects and program management. Problem solving: Analyse highly tangled problems that require connecting the dots and proposing potential solutions. Ability to think holistically and identify key issues, analyze data, and make recommendations to address problems. Proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to think out of the box, driven by numbers, rely on logic and rationality in decision making. A proactive and open-minded attitude to resolving problems and delivering results. Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Passion for electric vehicles, new technology, and making a difference.
