Summary The supply chain planning process business analyst contributes to Medical segment end-to-end supply chain planning process integration in SAP APO. He/She is supporting Medical segment projects targeting the integration of DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning), factory MPS (Master Production Schedule), detailed scheduling and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) into SAP APO. The supporting activities include master data management, business process documentation, user training and support, process adherence monitoring. The role is reporting to the Associate Director of Medical Segment SC Process Engineering and collaborates closely with project managers, process experts and planners. Responsibilities Create and test supply chain master data management scripts in SAP SCM and ERP Monitor master data quality for the distribution centers and factories in the integration projects\' scope Manage the documentation of the standard business processes and operating procedures under the responsibility of the supply chain planning process engineering team Provide first level training to planners on SAP APO during projects Provide first level support to planners during hypercare Monitor DC and factory planning process adherence maintaining a set of indicators Experience and education Master\'s degree in IT, Engineering or Supply chain 3+ years\' experience in supply chain planning positions APICS certification preferred Knowledge, Skills and abilities Good knowledge of supply chain planning processes (DRP, MPS, MRP) Good knowledge of SAP ERP supply chain business processes and corresponding master data(material master, BOM, work center, routing, production version, purchasing info record) SAP APO (SNP, PPDS) background is a plus Programming skills to write basic Python or VBA scripts and SQL queries Very good analytical skills and knowledge of supporting tools like Power BI Hands-on with continuous improvement mindset Good communication skills, both verbal and written Fluent English Click on apply if this sounds like you!
