JOB SUMMARY The role involves working with cross-functional teams across Disney+ Hotstar and the Star and Disney network which mainly includes sales, ops, commercial, marketing, product, and programming as well as interfacing with clients and agencies. ABOUT THE TEAM Disney Creative Works is a full-service branded content Studio and creative agency with global scale, unparallel access and a legacy of delighting audiences everywhere. We create data-infused creative solutions across Disney platforms that reach consumers in impactful ways through Global scale, Outcome-Based measurement and most importantly Consumer Trust. REPORTNG TO: Associate Director- Brand Lab YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Solutioning: Develop, support and execute sponsorship-led propositions & briefs for marquee properties across entertainment and sports while closely interacting with cross-functional teams to drive closures and implement deals
Branded Content: Create strong and compelling pitches and end-to-end execution of brand-favorable content including the development of custom content (Bespoke and Influencer) to support an increase in advertiser spending on Disney+ Hotstar
Pitch independently as well as participate in strategic client first pitches
Client servicing on ongoing projects as well as relationship building with stakeholders
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams during pitch creation and execution stages like commercials, strategy, marketing, legal & content operations
Regular reporting of storytelling opportunities that can be leveraged by brands as well as data to support business growth. Example: Monitor the category, marketing, business cycles, and branded content work therein, to enable accurate benchmarks in the category for Disney Creative Works
Staying on top of trends and aligning with editorial & content creation teams on upcoming impact properties, original content, and network-wide offerings
Maintain relationships and work collaboratively on developing and building concepts with production partners, media agencies, and talent
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
Meticulous and sharp organizational skills that enable efficiencies in managing multiple projects across the platform\xe2\x80\x99s content landscape
Keen & impactful communicator to lead and drive conversations with brands, agencies and internal stakeholders
Effective troubleshooter & problem solver
Thorough understanding of the following-
Content production cycles and the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously
Advertising eco-system and overall brand and market awareness
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
5-6 years of experience in branded content and solutions across digital & television mediums with a strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem is a must. Educational qualification- an MBA/Post-graduate would be an added advantage
Preferred experience in content and project management with hands-on experience in managing and executing production pipelines
Comfort in leading data-driven conversations and using analytics while building on client conversations
Concise yet inspiring communicator
Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have effective negotiation skills
Exceptional presentation skills to showcase developed concepts/ideas
