About Marketing :
Marketing at Tally is a strategic business enabling function, driving innovation and consistency. We believe in, Customer Connect , Integrated Marketing, Testing and Feedback - Importance of feedback can never be over-rated. We test and seek feedback on our communication themes, product releases. Branding, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing. Tally is used across 100+ countries through our extensive network of Tally Partners. The International Brand Marketing team is responsible to handle all communication requests, social media, brand campaigns, content and design requirements for the priority markets. We work closely with local as well as global social media, creative, PR agencies to come up with relatable campaigns and for seamless execution. In line with our international aspirations and focus we have recently co-sponsored Shark Tank Bangladesh. We also are working on brand campaigns in Saudi Arabia, Kenya in addition to our regular marketing activities happening throughout the year in UAE. Brand and Communications team within the Marketing function operates in areas of long-term strategic impact which helps in evolving the three core pillars around customers, partner ecosystem and people initiatives.

What will you own?
As a part of the Brand Communications team, youll be stepping into a dynamic environment where innovation and creativity meets strategy. This role is specific to all International markets for Tally. You can expect to be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. Youll play a key role in driving the outward-facing aspects of long-term strategic initiatives, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and applying your expertise to shape the future of our brand. Its an opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, growth-oriented culture that values your unique insights and creative thinking.
How will you make an Impact?
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys global presence. Through crafting narratives that resonate beyond cultural boundaries, you will help enhance brand perception and foster engagement in diverse international markets.
Experience to bring with you:
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Excellent copy writing and content creation skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in devising and implementing effective brand campaigns, collaborating with creative agencies for content creation, and coordinating with digital and field marketing teams
  • Ability to think creatively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Meet timelines and own campaign management end to end.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity and hands on experience of social media platforms, influencer marketing and best practices.
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset to think of the full picture and evaluate how brand building activities impact business.

What will you be doing?
  • Own and manage campaigns (internal and external) aimed at driving brand awareness and consideration.
  • Utilize creative thinking to develop compelling content/copy for brand assets, email marketing, and various marketing channels.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors/influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, tech, design, and sales to ensure alignment on brand/product messaging and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify optimization and improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and insights to enhance and refine campaign strategies.
  • Responsible to handle all communication requests, social media, brand campaigns, content and design requirements for the priority markets.
  • Assist the local teams in curating, planning physical events.
