Start your journey.JWhat You\xe2\x80\x99ll do on a Typical Day:1. Blackline CoE: Deliver on Blackline Roadmap

• Lead the implementation of Blackline enhancements across all phases (design, build, test, deploy).
• Collaborate with Controllership, technology teams, and vendors for system optimization.
• Implement and expand the Journals module for identified and additional use cases.
• Identify and configure new matching use cases, including building data sources.
• Implement Financial Reporting Analytics (FRA) and variance analysis for reporting.
• Conduct discovery and fitgap assessment for the Blackline A/R module to enhance O2C processes.

2. Project Management

• Engage with process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Lead system upgrade and enhancement projects, minimizing operational disruptions.

3. Oversight of System Administration and Support

• Coordinate system administration, including handling user access, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Blackline support and development teams to resolve software issues.

4. Training & Compliance

• Develop and deliver training programs on BlackLine modules and best practices.
• Ensure the system adheres to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Distribute regular reports on system usage, performance, and compliance.

What We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Blackline certification preferred; CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with 2 years handling and implementing Blackline or similar systems
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting
• Experience with system implementation and project management.
• Experience in Blackline optimization and advanced transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of NetSuite and an IT background are advantages.
• Understanding of business process flows, data management, and financial system standard methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Should be comfortable to work in EMEA Shifts
