Powered by our purpose - the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people - we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager STPThe role will likely work across a variety of categories so will need to demonstrate a broad range of Indirect category knowledge and be able to work dynamically and flexibly with a broad range of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in sourcing across the Client business.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Sourcing of the Indirect Spend categories with spend range up to $5m\xc2\xb7 Drafting and Negotiating contracts; drive the preparation of proposal documents, statement of works (SOWs), quotations and competitive bids with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions attached\xc2\xb7 Use appropriate pre-approved legal templates to produce Call Off agreements, contract amendments/renewals and new sourcing.\xc2\xb7 Develops, review, negotiate and executes complex business agreements and contracts as needed\xc2\xb7 Supplier evaluation, selection and set-up of ongoing performance management; Rate and manage performance of suppliers, ensure supplier performance of all contracts\xc2\xb7 To liaise with the stakeholders to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame\xc2\xb7 Perform spend & market analysis in order to identify best available market price for the ongoing project/service\xc2\xb7 Responsible for savings targets, timely deliveries, and Customer Satisfaction within the contractual SLAs/KPIs\xc2\xb7 Participate periodically to reviews with Global Category managers and Regional Heads of Procurement and their sourcing managers, to ensure strategies are aligned and pipeline activity is proceeding\xc2\xb7 Carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales as needed\xc2\xb7 Skillfully apply appropriate procurement approach in negotiations; Independently prepare and lead negotiations to conclusion\xc2\xb7 Develop and drive effective relationships with suppliers, Coordinate, review and respond to supplier inquiries, protests, and appeals\xc2\xb7 Agree sourcing plans and set expectations for effective value delivery\xc2\xb7 Help the customer understand and engage with the Organization\xe2\x80\x99s procurement processesQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Procurement experience (minimum years, at least in a procurement role) demonstrating a proven track record of delivery of successful sourcing projects\xc2\xb7 Oral and written fluency in English (additional languages are preferred) is non negotiable.\xc2\xb7 Degree or equivalent professional qualification within Business Management, Procurement and/or Supply Chain management\xc2\xb7 Support multiple end-to-end sourcing projects in parallel; focusing on data accuracy and quality of output to Clients/Stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of supporting multiple sourcing activities, demonstrating an ability to manage parallel projects and being able to prioritise critical activity where needed\xc2\xb7 Builds and maintains effective stakeholder and supplier relationships to assure successful business performance\xc2\xb7 Sound understanding and execution of effective negotiation strategy\xc2\xb7 Resolves quality problems with suppliers and stakeholders quickly and efficiently, takes direction where needed\xc2\xb7 Reviews commercial contracts to ensure they protect Client against risk and deliver advantage to the business; puts forward suggestions for process improvement (as appropriate)\xc2\xb7 Recruitment Process will involve a few rounds of interview on as required basis and below non negotiable assessments:-1.
