A Marketing Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns and programs for clients. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and analysis to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cross-referral programs to drive collaboration and revenue growth across departments and business units.
  • Lead the implementation and execution of marketing programs, with responsibility of helping meet financial, marketing, regulatory, legal, operational, product, projects and strategic objectives.
  • Assist with defining and recommending opportunities for offer, creative and package formats.
  • Develop timelines for all marketing campaign components -- pre-planning, business case development and presentation, target audience modeling and selection, creative development, review and approval processes, quality control processes, print/production and mailing.
  • Manage marketing campaign budget by working with agencies and production vendors to provide recommendations that will achieve business objectives while being cost efficient.
  • Partner with advertising agencies and internal teams (including segment managers, product managers, creative/brand team, vendors, legal and compliance) to ensure creative brief and deliverables for each marketing campaign are on strategy, on time and on budget.
  • Help manage the review and approval process of all marketing campaign components with creative/brand team, legal and compliance.
  • Co-lead the quality control process including target audience list audits for all marketing channels ensuring the business objectives are met, test design is followed and all variable components for printed materials and variable laser printing (such as name, address, offer, rate, product, dates, etc.) are accurate.
  • Review all rounds of creative development for accuracy - spelling, punctuation, word choices against compliance guide.
  • Project maintenance:
\xef\x83\x98 Upload documents as needed - test designs, waterfalls and approvals etc.
\xef\x83\x98 Add all final assets to the final assets folder at the end of the project.
\xef\x83\x98 Support project update needs where the changes are date change only - for example updates in photoshop files for the banker facing content.
  • Fulfill Adobe Analytics tagging requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Process Improvement and Standardization:
\xef\x83\x98 Identify and execute process automation and optimization opportunities in Workfront to realize full benefit of product suite capabilities.
\xef\x83\x98 Standardize templates, approval tasks and final task completion.
\xef\x83\x98 Implement new strategic controls using Lean principles and Six Sigma techniques.
\xef\x83\x98 Workfront Fusion knowledge desired
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant years of experience in marketing program management, with a focus on cross-referral programs, commissions, and revenue optimization.
  • Flexible, including UK shift and U.S. Shift as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues and finding solutions.
