We help clients by:1) Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite audit standards2) Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees and3) Providing critical information for stakeholders.Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical ExcellencePreparation for IPO including listing rules in India/UK/US including experience on IPO readiness, restated financials, PMO support, communication with legal counsels, banks and other stakeholders
Manage / execute FAAS projects, develop and implement solutions (see above)
Identify and develop business opportunities; manage accounts (depending on level)Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must have
QualificationA qualified CA (or equivalent e.g. CPA/ICAEW/ACCA)
Good academic record (1st/2nd time passes for ICAI or equivalent)ExperienceStrong IPO background experience for listing in India/UK/US with skill sets such as IPO readiness, restated financials, PMO support, key impact areas in an IPO and solution delivery to clients and communication with legal counsels, banks and other stakeholders
Strong IGAAP and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP financial reporting experience in complex/large companies, most likely in audit/advisory/transaction vertical or MNC finance/M&A environment
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant post qualification experience
Ability to explain complex accounting and financial reporting issues simply
