Bindi Solutions produce results for 14 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals JOB PROFILE The Assistant Manager will be responsible to develop, design project plans and its implementation in collaboration with other team members and concerned stakeholders. This includes, supportive supervision, managing team, monitoring project progress, documenting workflow, and best practices. The Individual will also be responsible for creating workshop/ training reports. S/he will be responsible to work in close coordination with internal concerned sections and ground partners to conduct Enriche and digital training and projects at field locations. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. S/he will participate and contribute with ideas and feedback to meet project deliverables in stipulated timelines. S/he will organise and manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver on deadlines. This forward-thinking professional will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects from conception to completion. Administrative \xef\x82\xb7 Timely procurement of resources and services for project implementation \xef\x82\xb7 Address logistic needs for field implementation \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain and oversee fixed asset and inventory records SKILLS & amp; EXPERIENCE \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent command on spoken and written Hindi and English essential and \xef\x82\xb7 Microsoft Office skills essential, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an advanced level. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience of G Suite ( Google doc, Google sheet, Google slides, Google meet etc) \xef\x82\xb7 Basic image editing software skills are beneficial. \xef\x82\xb7 Communication tools and social media. \xef\x82\xb7 2-3 years of experience in a similar position is desirable.
