Bindi Solutions produce results for 14 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals JOB PROFILE The Assistant Manager will be responsible to develop, design project plans and its implementation in collaboration with other team members and concerned stakeholders. This includes, supportive supervision, managing team, monitoring project progress, documenting workflow, and best practices. The Individual will also be responsible for creating workshop/ training reports. S/he will be responsible to work in close coordination with internal concerned sections and ground partners to conduct Enriche and digital training and projects at field locations. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. S/he will participate and contribute with ideas and feedback to meet project deliverables in stipulated timelines. S/he will organise and manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver on deadlines. This forward-thinking professional will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects from conception to completion. COMPETENCIES \xe2\x97\x8f Creativity and \xe2\x80\x98Can Do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude to work in challenging situations \xe2\x97\x8f Solid data interpretation skills to make programmatic decisions. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong interpersonal and communication skills working with different development stakeholders \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work in a team environment to coordinate inputs from technical team members to support program results. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills \xe2\x97\x8f Sound writing and communication skills, including strong presentation skills to report results to major stakeholders. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to take strategic decisions to achieve goal of the Project \xe2\x97\x8f Proven managerial and leadership skills \xe2\x97\x8f Possess mentorship and team building skills \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team \xe2\x97\x8f An out of box thinker, able to implement innovative ideas KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Implementation \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and manage execution of program strategy aligned with organisational objectives \xef\x82\xb7 Create, design and implement activities within the scope of on-going Projects \xef\x82\xb7 Plan and coordinate activities in collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders \xef\x82\xb7 Research and collate resources for project implementation \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure efficient and effective implementation of all project activities within stipulated timelines/ \xef\x82\xb7 Manage Capacity building of project team as per need \xef\x82\xb7 Train local stakeholders, community champions and trainers on their roles \xef\x82\xb7 Implement Train the Trainer sessions for the internal stakeholders and partner organisations \xef\x82\xb7 Liaison with various internal organisational departments and ground partners \xef\x82\xb7 Seek and develop partnerships with other NGOs and CBOs \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with other NGOs / CBOs for the field implementation of section related activities \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate and participate in inter-section activities Documentation and Reporting \xef\x82\xb7 Create systems and template to collect impact data \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain implementation documentation \xef\x82\xb7 Record data for programmatic reporting \xef\x82\xb7 Create Project progress reports \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor, assess, and record progress, impact, and learning outcomes \xef\x82\xb7 Detailed documentation and report writing of project activities ( ToT, Champion training, periodic progress report , project initiation/ completion report and case studies/ best practices etc.) \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor progress and assess learning outcomes External Communication \xef\x82\xb7 Represent the organisation professionally at formal and informal platforms as per need \xef\x82\xb7 Develop social media posts, testimonials, and other resources for training delivery and assessment. Administrative \xef\x82\xb7 Timely procurement of resources and services for project implementation \xef\x82\xb7 Address logistic needs for field implementation \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain and oversee fixed asset and inventory records SKILLS & amp; EXPERIENCE \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent command on spoken and written Hindi and English essential and \xef\x82\xb7 Microsoft Office skills essential, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an advanced level. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience of G Suite ( Google doc, Google sheet, Google slides, Google meet etc) \xef\x82\xb7 Basic image editing software skills are beneficial. \xef\x82\xb7 Communication tools and social media. \xef\x82\xb7 2-3 years of experience in a similar position is desirable.
