Hiring for Sr Executive / Assistant Manager ( Only Female ) Experience \xe2\x80\x93 5 to 15 years Location \xe2\x80\x93 Ahmedabad. Required candidate from the pharmaceutical sector. Responsibility - Required Trained person to do contracting work after year route Maintenance work with large equipment. Need person who has good Understanding of technical things like what is HPLC,AHU how frequently that needs frequent of buying machinery for single machine or large machine. Person who has done 400 to 500 HPLC. Experience of handle Annual Maintenance and Annual rate contract for Lab instruments equipment Experience in contracts procurement Lab instrument s / Equipment, Eng. Equipment, Spares, Consumables, CSV Validation, Temperature Mapping ( AMC / ARC ). Handle of Preventive Maintenance and Preparing Documents. Experience of HVAC Validation and Preparing validation protocols. Execute and track the Procurement cycle starting from RFQ till payment. Prepare and review of engineering related equipment preventive maintenance SOPs and operating SOPs and formats for all the process and utility equipment. Handling and troubleshooting of All instruments and equipment related instrumentation and electrical maintenance. Prepare HVAC Validation documents and Coordinate with vendor to perform validation for AHU, LAF. Coordinate with cross functional team and Govt and external agencies for smooth supply chain management. Coordinate with vendors for scope of finalization .
