Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow and smooth functioning of the office.
Handle billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely generation of invoices.
Utilize software tools to manage administrative tasks and maintain records.
Prepare and submit daily reports on various administrative activities to senior management.
Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Oversee office supplies and inventory management, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by senior management.
