### What will you do?

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients and agency representatives through regular interactions and problem-solving
• Proactive Communication: Anticipate client concerns and queries and address them promptly, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, identifying and leveraging internal expertise to deliver effective solutions. Liasioning with PRS & CS/M team to build solutions tailored to specific client needs
• Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making
• Customized Solutions: Collaborate with various teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements
• Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end deal process, ensuring seamless coordination with the operations team
• Revenue Achievement: Take ownership of meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets
• Feedback and Improvement: Drive post-sales evaluations and continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with internal teams
• Client Satisfaction: Uphold a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service and solutions

### Who should apply?

• Candidate should have 5-8 years' experience
• Individuals with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically to address client challenges
• Candidates with a proven track record in key account management or a related client-facing role
• Market-savvy individual with a keen eye for market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
