Relocation Assistance Available: YeAssistant Manager responsible for Telangana & Nagpur market based out of Hyderabad. The role is responsible for assisting in setting up a greenfield & Maintain existing 4S channel across Telengana & Nagpur. The position requires partnering with the auto dealership & workshops (sales, service, spares & survey) to achieve and exceed allocated sales targets.xefx82xa7 Developing business opportunities with OEMs for access to their dealership channel.xefx82xa7 Setting and achievement of workshop sales targets for the team and managing receivables.xefx82xa7 Building and maintaining database of workshop owners
Liaison with key decision makers of the owners and maintaining relationship with all prospective corporate and existing customers.xefx82xa7 Managing and executing field campaigns, lead generation and tactical sales.xefx82xa7 Marketing & Loyalty program for the channel.xefx82xa7 Promotion activities specific to workshop needs
Analyzing the workshop business environment for demand forecasting.xefx82xa7 Ensure high levels of Sales Satisfaction
Ensuring all internal branding material like (pamphlets, standees, handouts, banners etc.) to be designed and procured.xefx82xa7 Identifying workshops across country to build the channel through industry & competition study.xefx82xa7 Execute the 4S sales strategy through the workshop network.xefx82xa7 Assist in developing the partner commercials for the workshop business through industry benchmarking.xefx82xa7 Establish the contract management framework for the workshop channel & lead the contract execution for the channel.xefx82xa7 Monitor & report performance on the key indicators of the 4S business.xefx82xa7 Work with Replacement Sales auto dealership organization to prevent channel conflict.xefx82xa7 Work with OE sales to create opportunities in the auto dealership channel.Goodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
