Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.Reimagine What\xe2\x80\x99s PossiblePrinciple ResponsibilitiesEnsure to comply with AP and local safety, health, and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping, and environmental requirements.Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work.Responsible for all Electrical equipment regular maintenance and repairing such as all HV / MV & LV transformer power supply system, GTG, PMCC, UPS, Motor drives (VFD), Electrical Heaters, HVAC\xe2\x80\x99s, Heat Tracing, Lighting etc.Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.To be familiar with all equipments in plants, maintain all maintenance equipments accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable.Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible.Perform preventive maintenance work and support the implementation of mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment.Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor\xe2\x80\x99s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.Provide hands on technical support for H2fM AMC\xe2\x80\x99s located at various sites in India.Reporting-Time entry weekly and assist supervisor to prepare technical reports/ drawing, etc.POSITION REQUIREMENTSA diploma in Electrical engineering with minimum 10 years as a hands-on maintenance technician in refinery, ammonia, methanol, chemical process, offshore O&G Platforms, power plants or similar.Experience in major shutdown support, project work, plant operations and maintenance efforts. Experience in Gas Turbine generator operation and maintenance is an added advantage.Knowledge of vendor contracts and knowledge of shop support in the region is desirable.Working experience in a gas, co-gen, petrochemical or chemical refinery, ammonia, methanol, chemical process, power generation or similar facilities for knowledge in understanding & hands on experience in control circuit MV/LV, wiring /schematic drawing, motors, transformers, VFD\xe2\x80\x99s, UPS, HVAC, GTG, cable glanding termination, MOV\xe2\x80\x99s, Heaters, Heat tracing, etc.Exposure in numerical protection relays and trouble shooting.Hands on experience in electrical testing of CT\xe2\x80\x99s/ PT\xe2\x80\x99s, VCB\xe2\x80\x99s ACB\xe2\x80\x99s, Motors, Cable, etc.Good Communication & coordination skills.Fluent in oral and written English language.We are the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
