2. Evaluate and weed out outdated materials.

Information Services:
1. Provide research assistance and reference services.
2. Conduct literature searches and database training.
3. Support students, faculty, and staff with information needs.
Library Operations:
1. Manage library staff, circulation, and maintenance.
2. Ensure library security, accessibility, and comfort.
3. Oversee library budget and resources.
Digital Library Services:
1. Develop and maintain digital library infrastructure.
2. Provide e-resource access and troubleshooting.
3. Promote digital literacy and online resources.
Teaching and Learning Support:
1. Design and deliver information literacy programs.
2. Collaborate with faculty to integrate library resources into curricula.
3. Support academic research and projects.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Participate in college committees and task forces.
2. Engage in professional development and networking.
3. Prepare reports and statistics on library activities.
