KL Deemed to be University Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following post of for Deputy Librarian and Assistant Librarian & Library Assistant (Males Preferred)

Department : Central Library.

Education Qualification:

• B.L.I.S, M.L.I.S with Ph.D. in Library Science
• Good knowledge of MS-Office

Experience: 4 to 8 years relevant experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manages staff, responsible for developing of vacation scheduling and approving time off for staff in accordance with the provisions in the Collective Agreements.
• Participates in the development and achievement of annual and long-range goals and objectives of the Library with the management team, and in conjunction with Librarian and Library Board.
• Ensures the preparation of annual departmental budget needs (Capital and Operating), in conjunction with the management team.
• Develops Operating, Personnel and Capital Budgets with the management team and in conjunction with the Librarian & Library Board
• Represents the interests of the Library with the students & Faculty.
• Prepares reports for and attends Library Board meetings.

Job Location: Guntur Andhra Pradesh
