You will be responsible to work with client engineers to develop and deploy test automation framework and to automate the test cases to validate the features.The Opportunity:xc2xb7 Receive, verify, label, and record incoming inventory items in the inventory management systemxc2xb7 Issue components, equipment, and tools to internal teams based on approved requestxc2xb7 Track, organize, and maintain physical inventory in storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and categorization.xc2xb7 Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits (Book-to-Floor and Floor-to-Book) to ensure inventory accuracy.xc2xb7 Reconcile inventory discrepancies and update records in coordination with procurement and finance teams.xc2xb7 Maintain inventory logs, shipment records, and daily transaction reports using tools like MS Excel or ERP systems.xc2xb7 Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and track inventory movement across sites or labs.xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with safety, storage, and handling standards across all inventory operations.xc2xb7 Support project and lab teams by managing temporary inventories and providing timely inventory availability updates.xc2xb7 Assist in process improvement initiatives related to inventory flow, documentation, and reporting.What you need:xc2xb7 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.xc2xb7 2+ years of experience in inventory control, storekeeping, or warehouse operations.xc2xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and inventory tracking templates.xc2xb7 Familiarity with inventory systems, barcode scanning, and basic ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ISMP).xc2xb7 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.xc2xb7 Ability to lift and move inventory items as required.xc2xb7 Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams.What we believe:Wexe2x80x99re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
