• Knowledge in HR related statutory matters.
• Ability to train and organised.
• Knowledge in HR Policies.
• Ability to manage contingencies.
• Interviewing Skills.
• Recruitment Skills specially in Hospitality Industry.
• Knowledge of Employee Welfare Schemes, Handling Grievances etc.
Education: Any PG/MBA
Experience: 8years
Salary: 30K to 35K+ Accommodation & Food
Location: Wayanad
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
