Position Overview:
As an •HR Assistant at Rayzon Solar •, you will support the HR department with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with job postings and interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting orientations. You will maintain employee records, manage HR documents, answer HR policy and benefit questions, and help organize activities. Additionally, you will assist with payroll, manage benefits programs, ensure policy compliance, and prepare HR reports. General administrative duties and project assistance will also be part of your role.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or a related field and previous experience as an HR Assistant. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, good organizational skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially are essential. Experience in the renewable energy sector, knowledge of labor laws, and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
