Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs and processing employee inquiries
• Support HR projects and initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and training programs
• Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management
• Assist in compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and maintaining HR documentation
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior internship or work experience in HR or related field
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
