Job Title: Assistant General Manager.

Job Summary: As the Assistant General Manager - Interior Design, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the strategic planning, operations, and management of our interior design projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, adherence to quality standards, and achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1.Project Management Support:

Assist in overseeing the execution of interior design projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.

Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to address challenges.

Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project implementation.

2.Team coordination and leadership:

Support the General Manager in providing leadership and direction to the interior design team.

Assist in delegating tasks, setting priorities, and managing workloads to optimize team performance.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.

3.Client Relationship Management:

Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the sales and business development team to identify opportunities for client engagement and expansion.

4.Operational Excellence:

Support the implementation of best practices, processes, and standards to optimize operational efficiency.

Assist in the development and maintenance of project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource plans.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and workflows to enhance productivity and quality.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

5.Strategic initiatives:

Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Support the General Manager in evaluating business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualification and Skills:

Master's degree in Interior design, Architecture, or related field.

6 years experience in a senior leadership role within the interior design industry.

Extensive knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suit.

Good Computer skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
