Hiring for AGM/DGM-Land in a real estate service provider company.Location - KolkataCTC - 8-15 LPAExperience - 7 Years :Roles and Responsibilities :- Reaching out to corporates and landlords to identify new land deals - Network and arrange business meetings with potential clients, developers and local landlords- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers- Offer land parcels to clients based on their requirements - Assists in the evaluation process and inspection of land under consideration for acquisition- Put together comparisons for buyers and sellers to consider - Advise clients on the potential profit margins of investment properties based on market trends and feasibility - Initiate and manage new acquisition feasibility work and provide market intelligence - Negotiate contracts so the terms are as per market trends and viable for clients as much as possible (and while consulting with real estate lawyers when necessary) - Stay updated with real estate markets, trends and best practices- Network with builders and developers to maintain market awareness Desired Candidate Profile :- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.- Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in MS Office(Excel & Power Point)Work Experience : Minimum 7 years experience in sales profile.Education : Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management or in any stream.
